It took way way way too long. The people were nice, but it should not take so long with someone like an 800 credit score who even made an appointment to come in at 12:30 PM only to leave close to 5:30 causing me to have to cancel a few other appointments.

They didn’t wash my car like every other vw shop does they also didn’t come talk to me at the desk when I dropped off my car which didn’t allow me to address any other concerns I had
