It would’ve been a 5. But they never sweep my vehicle out when they are done.

I went to have my first maintenance done after 10,000 miles. They changed the oil but they put oil way above the limit. I went back so they could fix the error. Again the next day I had to go back (for the 3rd time) because the car was leaking oil. This was the worst maintenance service I have ever seen.

Von was good to deal with. My complaint was we pretty much knew what we wanted and it took us 5 hours to complete the transaction. Not Von’s fault, we enjoyed working with him. We took 2 hours in the finance department, and it seemed like they needed to loosen the reigns on Von and let him make decisions without having to go talk to management and drag out the process.
