Once again, the service I received was wonderful. I was treated with respect and was informed of everything that was needed for my car. They happily asked if I needed a driver to take me anywhere and made sure I was aware of the timeline needed for my service.

We received a call on a Mon reminding us of our appt. for a recall repair on Wed. However, when my husband showed up (took the afternoon off work) he was informed they didn’t have the part! Very frustrating

Didn't receive printout of the multipoint Inspection as I have in the past. When I emailed dealer to send it, I got no response. I'm guessing no multipoint Inspection was done.
