Our appointment was at 12:30 and we didn’t walk out until 6:30. We kept waiting on the manager to go over the numbers then we waited almost 2 hours for someone in the finance department. We were very happy with our salesman Matt Talbot. He was incredible. I went alone the day befoand waited over 20 minutes to have someone acknowledge me. I was ready to walk out and go somewhere else when Matt showed up and introduced himself.

The service was fine but I was told that the rear brakes needed pads and rotors. The car is three years old and had less than 30000 miles. Apparently this is an issue with the 2022 Taos. I wasn’t informed about this and was surprised to find this information.

My appt was automatically system-scheduled for it’s 1yr maintenance, I just showed up with the car & handed the key to the serviceman & went inside to wait…about an hour later another serviceman approached me with completion paperwork to sign, showed me my car that was ready to go with the key inside. Easiest service I’ve ever had!
