I booked online and received co formation of my appt but when I got there they had no record of my appt. They did squeeze me in but I sat there for 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and was charged alot more than other places for the same service.

The work was finished much soon than I expected and the price quote was accurate.

The service center found the leak. Told us what it was. Didn’t explain what it was. Couldn’t access to see if the replacement would have been under warranty. Said we had to wait until Monday to call and find out. They couldn’t call on our behalf, they couldn’t let the Volkswagen service center know what was going on. This has been the 2nd time we’ve dealt with this service center and they have yet to help us. We will not use it again.
