Lack of communication. The phones were unanswered for 3 days. Car was in the shop a week and I had to keep calling to get an update. Received one phone call the day after my initial appointment. Was told it would be ready the next day. Never heard anything until I finally got through. Not good for business

No one was there at first to greet me when I arrived for my appointment. Estimate charged nearly double for part and for entire mirror housing when I needed just one part. My car was not clean when I picked it up and there was a grease/oily fingerprint spot on plastic of driver side door - I haven’t been able to get the mark off
