I told the manager I would like to pay the vehicle off the day I bought it. I was told that would cost more money and I should take out a loan. I said I would pay it off as soon as it came due and manager ask if I could wait at least three months. I was informed that I could pay it off with no penalty, no other explanation was offered to me. I called the Fifth Third Bank on May 5 to see if I would be getting a payment book due to first payment due on May 20 when I was going to pay vehicle off. Due to my surprise interest began accruing the same day that I purchased the vehicle amounting to $175.00. None of that was explained to me by the dealership or I would have paid cash the day of purchase like I wanted to. I feel this was an inappropriate and underhanded way for the dealership to get a kickback, a very unfair practice. The salesman was very polite and friendly but the manager was the person who encouraged me not to pay cash and to take out a loan which cost me $175.00 extra in interest. Very unfair practice!!!

They did what needed to be done, but the appointment took much longer than expected. My appointment time was 10:30am. When I hadn’t received a call back at 2:20, I went to the dealership to find out what was happening (I needed to pick up my son from school). They still hadn’t completed paperwork and needed a service manager’s signature. The service manager had gone on break. The car was supposed to be done at 12/12:30 at the latest. It was disappointing.
