    Everything was done quickly, but the computer reset changed the setting on my charging preferences and I haven’t been able to figure out how to get them back yet. I also had to spend quite a bit of time to get the radio to function the way I wanted to again.

    Finance took forever, please do better about giving a time estimate. I should have left and instead missed all the activities of my mothers birthday party because I thought it was going to be pretty quick.
