    The problem has yet to be resolved as my key fob is not recognized at all times though it is in my right front pocket and the lock and unlock car’s response is inconsistent where the horn doesn’t always honk on the 2nd lock request from the key fob and the lighting is inconsistent on locking and unlocking of the vehicle .

    You are getting five stars, only, because everyone we dealt with in the purchase was great to work with. On communications be Volkswagen, your rating would go way down. I would ask that these type of letters and surveys get addressed to me, and not Jon, His name is on the car, but I am the purchaser and driver. At the least, you should send things to me and to Jon, with my name being first. This type of communication is just not professional, in my opinion.

    When people make appointments, have those vehicles be priority. It shouldn’t take 2+ hours for an oil change.

    Von and Idris were great. I would not have purchased my car if it was not for them. I will highly recommend both of them to anyone that I know shopping for a Volkswagen.
